Feet Wise Podiatry / Chiropody & Complementary Health Clinic are based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. We provide a range of services to keep you mobile and in good health, including treatments for verrucas, biomechanics, arthritis, in-growing toenails, diabetes and much more.
Our aim is to be your centre of excellence for foot care, foot health and complementary healthcare for St Ives and the surrounding areas, offering you a friendly, specialised service.
What is a Chiropodist/Podiatrist
Chiropodists and podiatrists deal with the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the lower limb and are qualified (to degree level) to treat people with arthritis, diabetes, nail problems and sports injuries. They work with people of all ages but play a particularly important role as we all get older, by helping us stay mobile and, therefore, independent.
We are registered with the Healthcare Professional Council, a regulatory body set up to protect the public by keeping a Register of health and care professionals who meet the standards for their training, professional skills, behaviour and health.
We are also a member of The Royal College of Podiatry, who’s responsibility it is to ensure their members keep up-to-date with the latest training and current medical practices.
